Omi’s Banana Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Nilla Wafer
- 3 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 x 14oz condensed milk (sweet)
- 4 to 5 cups of sliced banana
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1 box of vanilla instant pudding
- Vanilla essence
In a large bowl, mix together the condensed milk and water. Then add the pudding mix, mix/beat well for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
In another large bowl, whip the cream. Gentle whisk and add a dash of nutmeg, a fair amount of cinnamon and a slight bit of vanilla essence to the mix. And place the now whipped cream into the pudding.
In another bowl, cover the bottom with about 1/3 of the vanilla wafers. On top of the wafers, layer a row of bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mix. Repeat the process 2 more times. Add some wafer pieces and bananas to the top. Cover the bowl tightly and allow it to chill for 4 to 6 hours.
